4. Intellectual Property Rights & Code Ownership

All platform source code, custom JavaScript algorithms, UI/UX designs, CSS styling, brand graphics, and site architecture are the sole intellectual property of Piyush Sharma and protected under international copyright laws. Unattributed copying, mirror cloning, or redistribution of Toolzeniq source code is strictly prohibited.
